Where I can receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box)
Can the delivery country/region be different from the purchase country/region?
The delivery country/region can be different to the country/region in which the purchase was made. You must take into consideration that shipping prices may vary according to the shipping location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard: In 3-5 working days Express: In 2-3 working days * 1-2 additional days for islands deliveries around Greece. * Shipping time may vary according to the location approachability
Which shipping companies do you do business with?
For shipments within Greece, our company collaborates with the ACS Courier Services. To serve the needs of our international customers we collaborate with DHL.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Free Shipping in Greece is for orders over 200 euros. For orders under 200 euros there is a flat fee of 3 – 5 euros. For orders under 200 euros the fees are according to destination.
