Returns Policy

- The customers have the right to change the purchased product within 14 days, provided they inform primarily by e-mail at [email protected], replacing with any product of equal or greater value, at no additional transportation cost.

- Refunding policy: In the case of a refund request, it can be made within 3 (three) business days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is returned to us in excellent condition and its original packaging

- In the case of a defective product, you must inform us within 2 days and the product will be replaced immediately.
You must return the items to the same state in which you received them, with their original packaging.

Warranty & Repair Policy

Within 6 months of purchase, we cover the service or replacement of the bag at our expense if the company determines it is a manufacturing defect.

After 6 months, we continue to offer repair services, but the customer will cover the cost.
