Returns Policy

• The customers have the right to change the purchased product within 14 days, provided they inform us primarily by e-mail at [email protected], replacing it with any product of equal or greater value, with no extra shipping cost (across Greece).
• Refunding policy: In the case of a refund request, it can be made within 3 (three) business days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is returned to us in excellent condition and its original packaging, with no extra shipping cost (across Greece).
• If you receive a defective product, you must inform us within 3 (three) business days, and the product will be replaced immediately with no extra shipping cost.
• You must return the items to the same state which you received them, with their original packaging.

Warranty & Repair Policy

Within 6 months of purchase, we cover the service or replacement of the bag at our expense if the company determines it is a manufacturing defect.

After 6 months, we will continue to offer repair services, with the extra charge applied.
